This is our first time using Arbor Masters for tree work, and we will be sticking with them in the future. Unlike many other companies, they were very responsive and communicative. We had some hiccups and delays, mostly due to waiting for Evergy to do their part, and Arbor Masters kept in touch with us throughout the process. The arborist and other workers were very careful of our plants and fence and did a fabulous job cleaning up after themselves. From the arborist to the man who came with the grapple truck, I have never had anyone do such a careful and thorough job.
